Situated on the second floor, (sorry no elevator), is a 70 sq meters apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 2 verandas with panoramic sea view. Bus & tram stop are only 50 meters away. Private Open air parking is available.Glyfada centre is within 10 min walk

What about the facilities?

There is one master bedroom with double bed with its own small balcony.PLEASE NOTE this bedroom has a very low ceiling as it is part of the roof. We do not suggest this bedroom for tall people! Please mind your head! The second bedroom has a single bed and window with view to the yard. There is a baby cot and a high chair. All Kids over 1 year old are being charged as an extra guest. The living room has a brand new, high quality sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 adults You can have either 2 single sofa beds or 1 double sofa bed. Tram links you directly to the Athen’s centre or Piraeus . All rooms are air conditioned. Free wi- fi ,TV , bed linen and towels. Please note that there is no elevator and it is situated on the second floor. This house was built in 1912 by a famous Greek Architect and is protected by law. As mentioned it was fully renovated in October 2017 but kept the basic original characteristics. There is a chance that until the end of 2017, repair works will take place on ground floor during your stay. The owner of the ground floor has taken any precaution not to disturb you, as any job is done in the morning but we need to point out that we do not know the schedule of these works. You will have access to the private yard which can also be used as a private parking. There is automatic mechanism for shade in front of the windows. Please take care of the wooden double windows Also all windows and doors must be secured at any time, as sudden wind can cause serious damage. Regardless length of stay we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and shampoo. There is a washing machine but washing detergent is not provided. We offer complimentary coffee , sugar, tea.

GLYFADA , is a beautiful area of Athens and you have the opportunity to discover the real city of Athens and not just the typical touristic areas. The house is close to the city center, During summer time the coast line of the area is a very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning. Located next to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but mostly away from any traffic jams.

The entire accommodation and its amenities are at your exclusive use!
Check with us special discounts we are offering depending on season, length of stay, number of kids.
After your booking, we are sending you an email with all the different options of reaching the accommodation and a map of the area.
Don’t forget to ask for airport/ port transfer (at an extra cost). It’s not a problem if you arrive or leave after midnight!
You also have the option to arrive on your own and meet at the accommodation ( availability applies depending on the area and time of your check in ).

Payment & Cancellation Terms

If you want to make a reservation for any of our properties, you have to pay 20% of the total cost as a deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable.
We accept PayPal , Bank transfer and cash. Pay Pal or Bank transfer charges are paid by the customer .
The pay off must be done until 30 days before your arrival via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Your reservation is automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment of the remaining amount, until 30 days before your arrival date, unless you have informed us by email that you wish to pay in cash .
Alternatively you can pay in cash upon arrival.
Alteration of the dates of the reservation is possible, as long as there is availability for your new dates. If different pricing is applied on your new dates, we will adapt the total cost accordingly.
Please note that babies less than 1 year old can stay in our accommodation free of charge and in most cases we can provide you for free a baby cot. Please check with us prior to a booking , if the accommodation that you are looking for, is suitable for a baby.
Every kid older than 12 months is considered as an extra guest. We offer special discounts for Families with 3+ kids.
If extra guests (other than the one you have already paid) show up upon your arrival , they will be charged the cost of an extra guest.
No refunds for cancellation within the last 30 days from the date that your reservation starts.
If you cancel until 31 days prior to your arrival date, you will get refunded whatever amount you have already paid, but not the 20% deposit which is non-refundable.
