GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION
Our aim is to offer the best facilities so that all our guests feel like home!
We really wish you to see Greece the authentic way… the way we do! We don’t view you like a tourist. So we offer accommodation to our guests, according to the Greek standards. For example, almost no Greek household owns a cloth dryer or an English type toaster. Moreover, some have king-size beds, but the majority sleeps in double beds. Be prepared to live the Greek way of life!
You should always keep in mind that you are in Greece; there are things, habits and house standards that might be completely different from what you are used to in your country. Please read and comply with the regulations listed below so that both parts, the guests and the hosts, have the best hospitality experience.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED
You can not invite other people without prior notification.
TRASH
Guests are requested to deposit their trash regularly (and certainly prior to their departure) in the grey trash collection containers in the street.
Please recycle! The blue and yellow containers in the streets are for recycling materials (paper, glass, metal, etc.).
KITCHEN
We expect from our guests to clean their dishes prior to their departure and leave the kitchen as clean as they found it. In case you do not wish to clean your dishes or you do not have time to do it, you can leave 14€ in cash in the kitchen for the cleaning lady.
Furthermore, if you have booked a short-term accommodation (up to 10 days) you will find all the basic ingredients to prepare your breakfast (coffee, tea, cereals, honey, sugar, etc.).
TOILET
No paper towels or feminine products to be wasted in the toilet.
With every stay, regardless the length of it, we offer 2 rolls of toilet paper. The bath amenities also include shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Please note that cleaning detergents for the washing machine or the dish machine are not provided and you have to buy them on your own.
Towels are provided, but they are not to be used as a bath mat or to remove make-up.
SWIMMING POOL – JACUZZI
Please have a shower before and after using the private or the shared swimming pool or the jacuzzi of our property. You are kindly advised to take good care of your kids and of yourselves when using the swimming pool. The consumption of alcohol is not allowed close to the pool. Glasses are not allowed in the surrounding area, for safety reasons. Please respect the operating hours of these facilities.
RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS
Please restrain from making loud noises between 14.30 pm – 17.30 pm and 11.00 pm – 08.00 am.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT
Please try to keep our country and our seas clean. Prefer organic, eco-friendly detergents for your laundry, as we do when we wash the sheet and the towels.
Don’t waste the water. Remember that there are people on the planet who don’t have access to clean water.
PETS
Some of our properties are pet-friendly. The pets’ owners are responsible to dispose daily any waste of their pets. Pets’ mistreat is punished according to the Greek law.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION
Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas of the accommodation.
PLEASE LOCK WITH THE KEY THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING AFTER 22.00 PM
This is for the building’s and your own security.
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
By making this reservation, you accept that this not a hotel. This is a house and you are a guest. The host cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to guests on the premises.
Guests are held responsible for their own actions if they break the law.
The downloading of music or movies is illegal. The host has the right to block you from the internet.
The use of drugs inside the apartment is prohibited. The Greek law covers this agreement and any civil difference should be held in Athenian courts.
