If you are no more than 8 persons you are using the whole Villa but access to the second level is not allowed. If you are 9 plus guests then you can use both levels. In both cases the Villa is at your exclusive use

Each bedroom has its own bath & balcony

If you are more than 8 person , you also have access to the semi ground floor.

2nd LEVEL AT SEMI GROUND FLOOR

There is no view from the ground floor

Each bedroom has its own bathroom

It is situated at Kolimbithres area, 200 m. from the sea site and 15′ walk from the cosmopolitan capital of Naoussa.
Its fenced garden promises a secure and tranquil stay. It also provides a parking area.
It is a comfortable and ideal shelter for families and companies.

Suitable for pets ( The property has a vast garden and a balcony where the pet can be hosted. The guest-pet owner is responsible for removing any waste of the pet. )
