Location

Paleo Faliro, is probably the most beautiful area of Athens and you have the opportunity to discover the real city of Athens and not just the typical touristic areas. The house is next to the city center, ideally situated between the historic center of Athens and the port of Piraeus. During summer time the coast line of the area is a very popular choice for swimming, walking and dinning. The house is 12 minutes walk from the beach, the magnificent seaside walk of P. Faliro that extends to Pireaus (if you are a good walker) and the newly build Marina of Flisvos where you can choose among, our unique open air cinema, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, while enjoying the beautiful sunset over Castella Hill (see photos).
Located next to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but mostly away from any traffic jams (or any demonstrations).

House

The house is situated between the center of Athens and the port of Piraeus. It is a 2 floor house with 2 bedrooms, 1 big living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and of course a veranda. It has wi-fi Internet, tv, air condition in one bedroom and in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Can accommodate up to 5 people .
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. Furthermore, within 4 minutes walk from the house you can choose from a vast variety of restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy e.t.c. The beach is 7-9 minutes walking distance, the bus stop is just around the corner as well as the stop of the tram.

AIRPORT

Easy access from / to airport with express bus X96, or metro and tram, or if you like and we are available we can pick you up at a friendly price

ATHENS CENTER

Bus stop around the corner and takes 15 minutes by bus to Acropolis, Plaka or the center of Athens. You can also use the tram which is more easy and frequent but rather slow, it takes 25 minutes to reach the same places. Nonetheless the advantage is that during the weekends it operates 24 hours. Taxi for center takes 6-8 minutes and costs 7-9 euros.
