Location
Santa Maria beach is one of the most beautiful areas in Paros. The studio is next to the beach (45 meters), ideally situated next to the town of Naoussa and Parikia port. Our area is a very popular choice for Wind surfing , for swimming , walking and relaxing. (See photos)
As our area is next to the sea, it is a little bit cooler compared to the center of Paros.
Apartment
The entire studio is at your exclusive use. A 40 sq m. comfortable, clean, private studio with bathroom (shower), hot water 24/hours, cooking facilities, fridge, air conditioning, TV, Internet WI-fi, 4 real beds (2 are next to each other), a nice 10 sq m. veranda, with view over Aegean sea, and of sun/ moon rise over Naxos island. Obviously, we provide sheets and towels. We change them every 3 days. Daily cleaning is included in the price.
Studio is accessed by car or bus. Free private parking in front of the studio
Furthermore, within 4 minutes from the studio (at Naoussa or Ampelas) you can choose from a vast variety of restaurants , supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy e.t.c. .
