Are you looking for a comfortable accommodation in Naxos?
Our newly constructed complex consists of seven villas that will offer you a relaxing stay during your vacations in Naxos. Each of our 170m2 three-level villas can accommodate up to 10 adults. Therefore, it’s the perfect solution if you are travelling with a large group of friends.
Each independent villa has its own entrance. They have four bedrooms –some of them have a double bed and the rest have two single beds, with private bathrooms. There are also two living rooms with two single sofa-beds in total. Moreover, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
All the villas have spacious balconies with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea. Relax at your private balcony and let the sea view calm your soul.
In the garden, there is a shared swimming pool and a children pool and an outdoor living room. Enjoy the pool, but remember to respect the guests of the other villas.
All the villas have the same amenities. The style and the design may differ from the one you can see in the photos, depending on the availability.
What about the facilities?
The entire villa and its amenities are at your exclusive use. Please note that we are not living in Naxos; our partner there will welcome you to the complex and will show you around. Moreover, there is a reception where you can get any information or help you may need.
Bed linen, towels, and bath amenities are offered to all our guests. There is a boiler in the villa for hot water all day long. Moreover, there is a washing machine that you can use for your laundry.
The villas are air-conditioned. They also have a safe box, a satellite TV, a wi-fi internet connection, and a telephone, only for incoming calls.
You are welcome to use the shared swimming pool of the complex, but please respect the operating hours and the other guests. Our younger guests can use the children pool; remember you are responsible for the safety of your kids. Enjoy the outdoor facilities and spend some lazy moments at the living room in the garden.
The complex has a private parking area that you can use without additional charge.
In case of emergency, there is a fire extinguisher in every villa.

And the location?
Naxos is the biggest Cycladic island and it’s among the top 5 island destinations in Europe. The visitors have to choose between a large variety of activities on the island, from horse riding on the beach to trekking on Zas Mountain and from windsurfing to attending a music concert in the Castle. There is no doubt that you will find something that suits your needs.
Chora, the capital of Naxos is amphitheatrically built around the port. It is a picturesque town, that has the unique inhabited castle in Greece. Indeed, there are still many houses in the Castle, as well as restaurants, taverns, and shops. You just have to wear comfortable shoes and explore the narrow streets of the Castle, where sometimes the houses are linked and form arches above the stone-built street. The view from the top of the Castle of the entire town and the port is excellent.
Naxos’ major site is Portara, a huge gate that is part of the ruins of an ancient temple dedicated to Ariadne. Portara is the ideal frame for your photos and the rock where it is located is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset, as the sun dives into the Aegean Sea and gifts a colorful palette in the sea and on the sky.
Naxos is famous for its beaches, some of which are unspoiled. Agios Prokopios, the closest beach of our complex, is a very popular option, thanks to its crystal clear water. It is considered as one of the top beaches in the world. Enjoy the gold sand and dive into the cool sea.
Another famous option for swimming is Agios Georgios, the sandy beach of Chora. Agia Anna and Plaka are also nice beaches where you can spend some relaxing moments enjoying the sun and the sea.
Naxos is a big island with all the facilities of a modern town: it has a lot of options for entertainment, from fish taverns and European restaurants to cafes, beach bars and clubs. Supermarkets, banks and pharmacies are also available on the island.

- Check with us special discounts we are offering depending on season, length of stay, number of kids.
- After your booking, we are sending you an email with all the different options of reaching the accommodation and a map of the area.
- Don’t forget to ask for airport/ port transfer (at an extra cost). It’s not a problem if you arrive or leave after midnight!
You also have the option to arrive on your own and meet at the accommodation ( availability applies depending on the area and time of your check in ). - Renting a car in Greece is now easier with us!

Payment & Cancellation Terms
- If you want to make a reservation for any of our properties, you have to pay 20% of the total cost as a deposit.
- This deposit is non-refundable.
- We accept PayPal , Bank transfer and cash. Pay Pal or Bank transfer charges are paid by the customer .
- The pay off must be done until 30 days before your arrival via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Your reservation is automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment of the remaining amount, until 30 days before your arrival date, unless you have informed us by email that you wish to pay in cash .
- Alternatively you can pay in cash upon arrival.
- Alteration of the dates of the reservation is possible, as long as there is availability for your new dates. If different pricing is applied on your new dates, we will adapt the total cost accordingly.
- Please note that babies less than 1 year old can stay in our accommodation free of charge and in most cases we can provide you for free a baby cot. Please check with us prior to a booking , if the accommodation that you are looking for, is suitable for a baby.
- Every kid older than 12 months is considered as an extra guest. We offer special discounts for Families with 3+ kids.
- If extra guests (other than the one you have already paid) show up upon your arrival , they will be charged the cost of an extra guest.
- No refunds for cancellation within the last 30 days from the date that your reservation starts.
- If you cancel until 31 days prior to your arrival date, you will get refunded whatever amount you have already paid, but not the 20% deposit which is non-refundable.
