Are you looking for a luxurious accommodation in the heart of Kea?

Our villa in Kea can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 kid. It’s a nice option if you are traveling with your family.

The villa is separated into two levels. You can access the second level by stairs.

All the bedrooms of the villa are at the ground level. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and its private bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a double bed too and a private balcony that leads up to the swimming pool. The third bedroom of the villa has two single kids’ bunk beds. There are also two single movable beds available in the villa. This level has two bathrooms.

The upper level of the accommodation has a living room with a dining area and a patio. The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped with all the modern facilities and the basic utensils for cooking.

Concerning the outdoor facilities, you can enjoy the terrace with the panoramic sea view. There is a barbecue where you are welcome to grill your meals and an outdoor dining area. You are welcome to use the sun–heated swimming pool and spend some relaxing moments in the garden. There is also a chapel in the complex.

What about the facilities?

The entire complex and its facilities are at your exclusive use. Please note that we are living in Athens, but out partner on the island will welcome you to the villa and will be happy to help you with anything you may need.

Bed linen, towels, bath amenities and a hairdryer are offered for everyone. There is a boiler for hot water 24/7. You are welcome to use the washing machine and the ironing facilities of the villa.

The villa is air-conditioned and there are also some air fans available in the bedrooms. There are TV and wi-fi internet facilities, too.

The sun-heated swimming pool (10m x 5,5m) with the panoramic sea view will offer you some really relaxing moments. You can also sit and enjoy the view from the outdoor furniture or have your meals at the outdoor dining area. Organize a barbecue and have a grill party for you and your friends.

There is a private parking area in the complex that you can use for free.

A fire extinguisher is also available in the villa.

And the location?

Kea (or Tzia –its second name) is a small, cosmopolitan island nearby Athens. It is a popular destination for a couple of days away from the city and the problems. Kea is a peaceful and safe island all day long.

Our villa is located in the heart of the island in a fenced area that will be the ideal shelter for you and your family and will offer you some days in tranquility. Benefit from the proximity of Ioulida, the capital of the island and of all the major beaches.

In Kea, you will enjoy swimming in the crystal clear blue Aegean Sea. The most famous beaches are Otzias, Koundouros and Korissia, where you will also find traditional fish taverns. Korissia is the main port of the island, so you can find a lot of touristic facilities there.

Wander in the narrow streets of the cosmopolitan Ioulida and admire the Cycladic architecture of the island. Kea has everything: supermarkets, bank facilities and pharmacies. There is also a rural clinic.

Check with us special discounts we are offering depending on season, length of stay, number of kids.
After your booking, we are sending you an email with all the different options of reaching the accommodation and a map of the area.
Don’t forget to ask for airport/ port transfer (at an extra cost). It’s not a problem if you arrive or leave after midnight!
You also have the option to arrive on your own and meet at the accommodation ( availability applies depending on the area and time of your check in ).

Payment & Cancellation Terms

If you want to make a reservation for any of our properties, you have to pay 20% of the total cost as a deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable.
We accept PayPal , Bank transfer and cash. Pay Pal or Bank transfer charges are paid by the customer .
The pay off must be done until 30 days before your arrival via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Your reservation is automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment of the remaining amount, until 30 days before your arrival date, unless you have informed us by email that you wish to pay in cash .
Alternatively you can pay in cash upon arrival.
Alteration of the dates of the reservation is possible, as long as there is availability for your new dates. If different pricing is applied on your new dates, we will adapt the total cost accordingly.
Please note that babies less than 1 year old can stay in our accommodation free of charge and in most cases we can provide you for free a baby cot. Please check with us prior to a booking , if the accommodation that you are looking for, is suitable for a baby.
Every kid older than 12 months is considered as an extra guest. We offer special discounts for Families with 3+ kids.
If extra guests (other than the one you have already paid) show up upon your arrival , they will be charged the cost of an extra guest.
No refunds for cancellation within the last 30 days from the date that your reservation starts.
If you cancel until 31 days prior to your arrival date, you will get refunded whatever amount you have already paid, but not the 20% deposit which is non-refundable.
