This 60m2 stylish apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. It is the ideal place to stay if you are traveling with your family or with a small group of friends and seeking for an affordable accommodation in Athens.
It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a single couch-bed and a single bed. Moreover, there is a dining area in the living room. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped and it has one bathroom.
The apartment has two small verandas, where you can sit and enjoy the -almost always- blue sky and the sun!

What about the facilities?
A number of facilities are offered to all our guests for a comfortable and memorable stay in Athens.
Concerning your breakfast, in the kitchen you will find all the basic ingredients (coffee, tea, sugar, honey, cereals, etc.) to prepare it on your own.
Bed linen and towels are provided to our guests. Please inform us if you travel with your kid; we can bring you a baby cot and a baby chair.
All the bathroom amenities and a hairdryer are offered. This apartment has hot water 24/7 with the use of a boiler. Moreover, the use of the washing machine is free, but the washing detergent is not provided. Ironing facilities are available too.
The apartment is air-conditioned with inverter technology, it has a wi-fi internet connection and a TV. Moreover, there is a hi-fi music system and a collection of vinyls, cassettes and CDs that you can freely use. You are welcome to play our music instruments, but please treat them with respect.
Parking in the surrounding streets is allowed and it’s free.
For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and a carbon monoxide detector. There is also a first-aid kit. Last but not least, you enter the apartment using a safety card.
And the location?
Nea Smyrni is a nice and safe suburb of Athens. You don’t have to worry if you stay late out at night, you are safe at all times of the day. Staying here, you have fast access to the downtown or the beach, taking the bus or the tram.
In the area, there are numerous stores for those who love shopping. The central square of Nea Smyrni is full of cafes and bars. Moreover, the apartment is located next to one of the nicest parks of Athens, where you can enjoy your walks.
Visit the Planetarium for a unique “flight” out in the space or the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, for a walk in the botanical garden or for a music concert in the newly inaugurated National Opera.
The nightlife is vivid in Athens. You can go to Gazi district or to the coastline’s clubs and beach bars. You don’t have to worry about anything, banks and pharmacies are approachable on foot, as well as supermarkets. You are in the downtown.

Payment & Cancellation Terms
- If you want to make a reservation for any of our properties, you have to pay 20% of the total cost as a deposit.
- This deposit is non-refundable.
- We accept PayPal , Bank transfer and cash. Pay Pal or Bank transfer charges are paid by the customer .
- The pay off must be done until 30 days before your arrival via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Your reservation is automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment of the remaining amount, until 30 days before your arrival date, unless you have informed us by email that you wish to pay in cash .
- Alternatively you can pay in cash upon arrival.
- Alteration of the dates of the reservation is possible, as long as there is availability for your new dates. If different pricing is applied on your new dates, we will adapt the total cost accordingly.
- Please note that babies less than 1 year old can stay in our accommodation free of charge and in most cases we can provide you for free a baby cot. Please check with us prior to a booking , if the accommodation that you are looking for, is suitable for a baby.
- Every kid older than 12 months is considered as an extra guest. We offer special discounts for Families with 3+ kids.
- If extra guests (other than the one you have already paid) show up upon your arrival , they will be charged the cost of an extra guest.
- No refunds for cancellation within the last 30 days from the date that your reservation starts.
- If you cancel until 31 days prior to your arrival date, you will get refunded whatever amount you have already paid, but not the 20% deposit which is non-refundable.
